Everything within walking distance
A supermarket, rosticceria, bar, restaurant and bazaar are only 150 metres away, as is the bus stop: from here you can reach the beaches by shuttle bus or take the coach to Ancona, Loreto and Recanati (where Leopardi was born). From the town centre, the Sirolo beaches are only 10 minutes away by foot. We have an agreement with a beach resort who will pick you up and bring you back.

Grey water disposal on each pitch
Each pitch has its own water hook-up point and a drainage for grey water. There are two electricity hook-up points and a lamppost. A steel self-cleaning tank is available to black water disposal. (pedal activated so you don’t need to touch anything with your hands).

Cooking and washing
There is a gas barbecue in the kitchen of the country house veranda. There is a washing machine in a room behind the country house and is adjacent to a granulated laundry tub with hot water. The use of hot water also in the showers is without limitations and included in the price of your stay. All our services, including the bicycles and swimming pool (being prepared) are free.
